How to pay
Payment of course fees.
You must pay your course fees prior to starting study, or make arrangements to pay them. An invoice will be sent with your confirmation letter.
There are a few ways to pay:

Internet banking transfer

For most programmes you may apply for a student loan to pay your fees by applying through StudyLink. Please make sure you apply early. Phone: (0800 88 99 00) or email: www.studylink.govt.nz.
If you are not eligible for a student loan for your programme of study, you may apply to pay your fees by automatic payment. For more information please visit, call or email the Student Advisor Team, phone: 0800 935 832 or email: email@example.com.
If fees are not paid, or suitable arrangements to pay are not made within 14 days of programme commencement, WelTec debt collection procedures will start. You will receive two reminders by mail of the unpaid fees, and then the debt will be passed on to our debt collection agency. Any charges relating to the debt collection will be passed to you. If you are having problems paying your fees, please talk to a Student Advisor as soon as possible. Visit a campus, or phone (0800 935 832) or email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
