  • Extend and explore concept drawing and illustration skills
  • Learn fundamental digital camera operation skills – aperture, shutter speed, composition and lighting

Entry criteria

Under 20

  • NCEA Level 2, with a pass in any of design, painting, photography, printmaking or sculpture
  • Or equivalent / higher qualification
  • Or relevant work experience

You may present a portfolio to support your application, although this is not required

20+

  • If you’re 20 years or over, contact us to see if you qualify for special admissions on our programmes

International

  • NCEA Level 2, with a pass in any of design, painting, photography, printmaking or sculpture

International students – minimum IELTS (academic) score of 5.5 with no band score lower than 5, or equivalent.
