Complete the programme over 6 months (full-time) or 2 years (part-time).

The postgraduate certificate is a 60 credit programme.

Entry criteria

Under 20

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Special entry may be granted if you do not meet the entry criteria, but the Head of School is satisfied you are capable of undertaking the programme.

20+

If you’re 20 years or over, contact us to see if you qualify for special admissions on our programmes.

International

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. International students – IELTS (Academic) score of 7.0 with no band score below 6.5, or equivalent. Special entry may be granted if you do not meet the entry criteria, but the Head of School is satisfied you are capable of undertaking the programme.

  3. Your date of residency if you are a permanent resident in NZ.

If you have your NZQA National Student Number and/or a WelTec Student ID it will help us process your application faster.

International

To enrol as a international student you will need to download and complete our international enrolment form.

Once completed, you may submit the form and accompanying documentation directly to WelTec International, or go through one of our registered recruitment agents.
