Concerns and Complaints

If you have a concern, we encourage you to first discuss your concerns directly with your tutor or another staff member. You may also seek advice from support staff or at the Student Helpdesk. If you are unable to resolve your concern, there is a complaints process. See more >

Credit Recognition

If you have relevant skills and knowledge through study or experience from work or other activities, you may be able to receive credit for them when enrolling in a programme of study. See more >
